The Rooms

We have two lodging spaces, the Main Lodge and the Guesthouse, which are across the street from each other. We picked these locations for reasons both impractical (they are gorgeous!) and practical: they have beautiful common areas for gathering as a group, plus many nooks and crannies where you can tuck yourself away to write in solitude. The Main Lodge was originally built as a dude ranch in 1925, and some structures on the site date back to the 1890s. It has a tranquil walking path lined with ancient fruit trees. We’ll have our meals and group sessions in its beautiful adobe dining room with high wood-beam ceilings and warm light. The adjacent Guesthouse, a registered cultural landmark built in the 1940s, is nestled among cottonwood and spruce trees and offers a bit more quiet.

What’s Included: Accommodations for 6 nights. Daily workshop instruction. All meals, snacks, and drinks.
What is not Included: Flights. Transportation to/from the airport.
We have two room options: Private and Shared.The rooms are all different and feature unique combinations of skylights, seating areas, writing desks, Mexican-tiled bathrooms, patios, and even—romantically!—working fireplaces. Several are ADA accessible. See individual room details for more info.
